What kind of cement do you use?
We use Portland cement, which is blended on-site with “A” gravel (a high-quality local aggregate) — never bagged or pre-mixed.
Why don’t you use bagged concrete?
Bagged mixes are inconsistent, slower to cure, and not as durable. Our mix is stronger, smoother, and faster-setting.
Can I see the mixing process?
Absolutely. We mix everything on-site in custom trailers — you’ll see the difference instantly.
Do I need to provide the materials?
No — we supply all the cement and mixing gear. For footings, you just need to mark the locations and provide sono tubes.

Professional all the way! When I needed to dig footings for my deck, I called two companies to see who would respond. Post Holes Plus was the first to return my call. They called me back the same day, the other company called back a day or two later. The person on the phone was really easy to work with. She explained everything I needed to know and have ready up front. Since I had some of the work done we were able to negotiate a price based on what remained. I booked two appointments - one to dig and one to return and pour the footings. They continued to be in touch with me as the appointment dates came up. They showed up on time, both times. Each person in the crew was polite and respectful. They worked carefully and quickly and gave my project a level of extra attention I didn't expect. The final price was what we agreed on when I booked the job. I'm glad I called and only wish I would have called them sooner.

Post Holes Plus reached out to our family to offer assistance in rebuilding our deck after the contractor we originally hired built one that was dangerous and had to come down, then took off with our money.
