What is used to drill the holes and will it harm the lawn
All our equipment is designed to be powerful and compact with minimal damage to your lawn. We require a minimum of 38 inches to enter a project area.
Do you operate only in the local area or will you travel outside the Service area?
We will travel outside of the listed service areas on our website, however due to the cost of transporting the equipment, materials and crew, a travel charge will apply
Will you supply the posts and cement needed for the job?
- Our Drill, Pour and Set service includes us drilling the hole, using the post that YOU provide and using OUR concrete to set your posts straight and plumb. We are unable to supply the posts for your project as we have no way to transport the posts to site.
- We provide all the concrete for the project – Unlike most of our competitors, we do not use bagged concrete. We mix the concrete using Portland cement and A gravel on our custom trailers enabling us to control the strength and correct mixture of the cement

Will you supply the sono tubes for my deck footings and mark out the footing location
The customer is responsible to have sono tubes on site, cut to 4-foot lengths. Footing locations are marked by the customer. We drill where you mark
Who is responsible to have the locates done for all underground utilities
As per the Ontario One call website The person physically completing the excavation is responsible for obtaining locates, regardless of whose property the excavation is occurring on.
Therefore all locates will happily be completed by Post Holes Plus TM
Will Post Holes Plus determine the property boundaries or do we, the customer, have to stake our own lot line?
Post Holes Plus does not take responsibilities for Property lines. It is the customers responsibilities to mark all start, stop, corner post and gate post locations prior to our arrival. We will run string lines from your marks and determine all intermediate post locations.
How do I know how many fence posts I need for my fence?
A general guide is to take your overall linear footage and divide that number by 7. Round that number up if required and then add in any gate posts you may need.
Can you build our fence or do you just set posts
We will set your posts for the “ do it yourselfer” or give you a free in person estimate to a build a high quality fence!
Are customers on-site presence required
Yes we require someone to be onsite at the start of the project.
